The Onion Cooperation Network holds its first General Assembly 

Although many meetings were already held during the creation phase of the network, on 12 October 2021 the first General Assembly took place for the cooperation network for the conservation of onion plant genetic resources. Stakeholders involved came from all over France. The day’s agenda: news from the National Coordination, discussions on regeneration and characterisation in 2020-2021, distribution of accessions in the network or in the national collection, contributions from stakeholders and observation (and tasting) of bulbs produced by GEVES. 

Stakeholders involved in the network: 3 Bulbes, Agrocampus Ouest, L’Aubépin Semences Biologiques, GEVES, Gautier Semences, Lyon Metropole, OBS Innovation, Sakata and Vilmorin & Cie
