Végéphyl directs its strategy towards seeds
Végéphyl is a platform of exchanges intended to gather all the actors in plant health. The strategy presented by the president Hervé Quénin includes the strengthening of links with the seed industry. GEVES is strongly involved.
The contribution to the BTC (Biologicial Trials Commission) is made through a critical proofreading of the methods, like the one, under validation, on the efficacy of fungicides against seed-borne fungi of straw cereals. The epidemiological surveillance committee contributes to the characterization of risks related to quality organisms and regulated non-quarantine organisms, on all crops, except forests.
