GEVES at IPM 2019 in Messe Essen, Germany

For the 2019 edition of the IPM trade fair, GEVES’s ornamental plant teams will be present from 22-25 January at Hall 2 Stand 2B23, alongside the EU Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO) and fellow examination offices from Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

GEVES, the French Variety and Seed Study and Control Group, will be presenting its role as an official organisation for plant and seed expertise, in particular its variety testing activities across all cultivated species for variety registration and protection.

We will be on hand to answer all your queries relating to variety registration, testing methods, and variety and seed regulations in general.

GEVES is a recognised DUS examination office for more than 100 species, including hydrangea, lavender and sage. You can find the list of ornamental genera tested at GEVES here.

IPM is a platform for introducing the latest innovations and technology to horticultural professionals, bringing together the international horticulture sector with 1600 exhibitors from around 50 countries.  For more information on the IPM trade fair: https://www.ipm-essen.de/world-trade-fair/.
