DHS training for CNCC – Algeria

In March 2023, training videoconference sessions were held by GEVES-Brion on lentil and pea DUS for the Algerian National Centre for Seed and Plant Control and Certification (CNCC). These training sessions were organised as part of a cooperation programme with Algeria to support the development of its official certification activities and registration testing. With regard to VCUS activities on protein peas, other sessions will be organised this autumn, again by GEVES-Brion. The trainees, who were connected from several CNCC sites, were shown the computer tools used by GEVES, such as Sirius, ImageJ and GAIA, as well as experimental devices.
