INOV is pleased to announce the publication of its new fee schedule, which includes updated administrative fees. The fees relating to the DUS examination right are those applied by the French or foreign Examination Office, in accordance with Article 2 of this decree.

Regarding the procedure: the revision of INOV fees was jointly approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and is published in the form of a decree in the Official Journal.

Regarding its implementation: as with any regulatory document, the new fees are applicable from the day after their official publication, which is January 15, 2026. Consequently, they are applicable to all new applications, all applications currently under review, and to the annual fees for valid certificates that are due for renewal.
