Exchanges and visits with the SOC

This autumn, at the request of ASFIS (French Association for the Professional Training of Seed Sector Professionals), SNES organised two half-days of exchanges and visits with colleagues from the SOC (Official service for control and certification of seeds and plants). The objective was to present 3 NRL activities stemming from its mission of technical supervision of accredited and recognised laboratories: recognised laboratory audits, inter laboratory comparison testing (ILC) and training & qualifications. This provided an opportunity to present the organisation and realisation of these activities, and to set up a framework of exchange between the SOC and the SNES.

The training concluded with a visit of the Physical Analysis and Germination laboratories as well as the SNES sampling department.
