Technical regulation for the production and control of seeds and seedlings of agricultural conservation varieties approved by decree on 16 December 2008 in the OJ of 06 January 2009 (in application of Directive No. 2008/62/EC of 20 June 2008).

Technical regulation for the control of standard vegetable seeds of conservation varieties and varieties possessing no intrinsic value for commercial production and intended for individual cultures approved by decree on 20 December 2010 in the OJ of 26 December 2010.

Technical regulation for the examination of applications for official recognition of managers of plant genetic resources collections for food and agriculture, approved by notice of 28 March 2018 as published in the OJ of 12 April 2018.

Technical regulation for examining applications in order to add plant genetic resource (PGR) to the national collection was approved by decree on the 19th July 2019 and published in the Official Journal on the 3rd August 2019.
