CTPS price list 2012 of applicable rights regarding registration request to French official catalogue of species and varieties and to registered or re-registered varieties to French official catalogue of species and varieties :

Studies carried out for registration of varieties are contingent upon yearly payment by the applicant of different administrative rights or examination rights. After registration, yearly fee (annual installment) is resquested to keep the variety in the French official catalogue.

Those rights and annual installment for variety maintain are yearly put down in writting in the CTPS CTPS : Permanent Technical Committee for Selection price list. Those information are available with the general secretary of CTPS CTPS : Permanent Technical Committee for Selection and are classified by kind of tests and by species or species group.
